Customer Service Advisor Vacancy

We currently have the following permanent vacancy available for immediate start.

Customer Service Advisor

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service support for all customers.  Key responsibilities include:
  • Receive and handle all inbound, internal and external customer queries and manage through to resolution.
  • Action all customer queries in line with company processes and service level agreements.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service delivery – every time.

 

You will be required to have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT Skills.
  • A flexible and adaptive approach to work.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to organise your own workload.
  • The capacity to work as part of a highly efficient team.

 

Working a 3 shift rota, Monday to Friday:

07:00 – 15:00

08:00 – 16:00

10:00 – 18:00
