We have a dedicated business support team set up to deal with any queries relating to PODs, charging and discrepancies.
Full delivery data including tracking, arrival and departure times and POD information is available via our customer web portal.
We have comprehensive EDI links with our customers enabling the receipt of in-bound and despatch instructions to whatever level of detail is required. We're able to return information directly via standard or bespoke report systems in a variety of of file formats such as CSV, XML or EDIFact.
Our in-house IT department will assist in setting up advanced operating and reporting systems. Once these are in place this will facilitate seamless data transfer and allow Bretts to become not just a supplier but an invaluable and integral business partner.
